Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cancelled within 24 HOURS of the scheduled time will be charged 20% of the service unless rescheduled within 1 WEEK. No-call no-shows will be charged 20% and will NOT be able to book in the future.
Nail Witch Karen reserves the right to cancel/reschedule clients that are 15 minutes late or more. A $10 LATE FEE will be charged for those who are 15+ minutes late.
